• Part-time: Smaller companies rarely need a full-time true CFO. FLG Partners can provide the efficient, expert leadership you need, and can scale our effort to match your needs as they change.

• Interim: If you’ve lost or dismissed your CFO, FLG Partners will step in and bridge your needs until a permanent solution can be found. Your search can be conducted deliberately, thoroughly, and without haste, knowing that your bases are covered in the meantime.

• Permanent: A number of FLG Partners are the full-time, employed officers of their companies. They remain a Partner in the Firm, and can thus bring the full experience base of FLG Partners to bear to the benefit of their company.
