The Partners of FLG have an average of approximately 30 years' postgraduate experience and more than 15 years' experience as CFOs. Collectively, we have:

  • nearly 400 years of CFO experience
  • raised over $2 billion of equity in more than 115 financings
  • raised over $3 billion of debt in more than 75 financings
  • completed over 55 IPOs and secondaries
  • completed over 150 M&A transactions
  • international experience in over 25 countries

Our backgrounds include public accounting and investment banking. Most of us have also managed the functions of corporate treasury, information technology, human resources, legal, and facilities.
